Russian market exceeds US$5.64 billion in first quarter

Research house GfK’s most recent TEMAX analysis of the ICT, telecoms and consumer electronics market in Russia indicates that the total market value hit US$5.64 billion in the first quarter of 2017. Sales in the telecoms segment climbed 9.7% year-on-year in local currency terms to hit US$1.7 billion. Read full story

Online marketplace management platform provider Mirakl has announced that UK online store, GameSeek, has chosen its business-to-consumer (B2C) marketplace platform. InnJoo scores with Espanyol sponsorship

Fast-growing smartphone brand InnJoo has agreed to sponsor Spanish football club RCD Espanyol de Barcelona. InnJoo’s logo is displayed on the back of the first team’s shirt. Dubai-based InnJoo was established in 2014 and since then has seen its products purchased by millions of consumers across 30 countries including the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Nigeria, Spain, Portugal and Italy among others.
