LetMeRepair lands HP South Africa services gig

by Stuart Wilson, Thursday 12 March 2009

HP has named LetMeRepair as an authorised home product service partner in South Africa. The latest appointment forms part of HP’s ongoing efforts to diversify and improve the service delivery experience for customers and partners in South Africa. LetMeRepair is authorised for the in and out of warranty repair of HP’s consumer range of notebooks, desktops and accessories.

LetMeRepair was originally appointed as a subcontracted bench repair partner and started repair operations for HP for a broad range of its products in December 2007.

“Since then, LetMeRepair has proven themselves to be a most competent and diligent partner, and we are excited about expanding our agreement with them to now include the PSG consumer service delivery experience,” said Dennis Young, country support manager for global consumer support operations at HP South Africa.

LetMeRepair is now fully authorised to deliver the same quality service for the HP range of Pavilion and Compaq Presario notebooks, desktops, monitors, and accessories. The company commences repair operations with immediate effect. HP customers can now return their faulty products for warranty and out of warranty repair to LetMeRepair locations across South Africa including Johannesburg, Cape Town and George.
