Chuango eyes APAC channel expansion

Innovative home security products vendor Chuango plans to accelerate its channel expansion in the Asia Pacific (APAC) region. Chuango is a confirmed exhibitor at DISTREE APAC, which takes place in Singapore from November 12th to 14th. The three-day channel event brings vendors face-to-face with senior buyers from the region’s leading distributors, retailers and e-tailers in one place at one time. Each participating vendor can pre-select and pre-schedule one-on-one meetings with top channel partners suited to their regional business development needs.

We have developed our presence in traditional IT and electronics channels as well as in DIY and security-focused channels. Home security and automation are new trends that are opening up new markets.”

Chuango reckons that its product open up new business opportunities for distributors, resellers, and retailers. The ability to control the system using smartphone apps, coupled with unique and fashionable product designs, are a winning combination, according to the vendor.

Operating a structured channel programme and working with a limited number of channel partners is Chuango’s preferred business strategy. The company looks to protect partner margins and work together with the channel to promote the Chuango brand.

Chuango has seen considerable growth in the APAC region in the two years and continues to see expansion potential.
