CCS teams up with LetMeRepair

by Stuart Wilson, Friday 9 October 2009

Middle East IT services outfit CCS Jordan has joined forces with repairs specialist LetMeRepair MEA to create a new ICT services company. The new company, LetMeRepair CCS Holding, will launch its first operation in Saudi Arabia offering repair solutions and services to vendors, channel players and large end-users.

“While always advancing the growth of all our service offerings we are particularly advocating this on the warranty and managed services side. The regional experience that CCS brings to the table makes it possible for us to reach our 18 month growth plan realistically and confidently,” said Zuheir Qulaghassi, newly appointed managing director of the holding company.

Uwe Dominick, managing director of LetMeRepair MEA, claimed that the deal tied in closely with the company’s ambitions to expand its annuity business, particularly in the Middle East region. The joint venture also brings together strong management from both companies, which will be put to use in the quest to win customers within Saudi Arabia.

According to its website, LetMeRepair offers call centre, logistics and repair services related to the product lifecycles of electronic, consumer and IT-related equipment in repair centres located in France, United Kingdom, Sweden, Poland, South Africa and Namibia. LetMeRepair employs more than 700 staff in 10 repair locations throughout Europe and Africa.
