Red Hat customers will have access to local partner support for the implementation of Red Hat-based solutions, technical support and training. Netsline’s Red Hat Customers can now expect full-service local support from the first meeting through to the final delivery of the solution.

“Our knowledge and expertise, combined with Red Hat’s solutions, positions us to offer real value to our customers in Algeria,” said Abderrezak Allalouche, general manager at Netsline. “Tight collaboration between Red Hat and Netsline means that our customers will have access to open source innovation and the supporting services they need to help them fully realise their projects’ goals.”

“We have seen an increase in the demand for open source solutions in Algeria over the past few years due to its cost efficiency, scalability and reliability. Netsline is delighted that our customers will now have access to Red Hat solutions combined with our local expertise,” added Allalouche.

David Postel, regional channel manager for Middle East and North Africa at Red Hat, said: “Red Hat’s comprehensive three-tiered partner programme in EMEA is designed to meet the needs of both the channel in MENA and the expectations from our customers. From a customer perspective, we expect this partnership to help Netsline tap into its certified expertise for open source projects.”
