Etisalat opens up at Mirdif mall

UAE-based telecoms operator Etisalat has opened its 38th retail outlet. The latest addition to Etisalat’s growing retail network is located at the recently opened Mirdif City Centre mall in Dubai. Etisalat claims that the outlet offers customers a broad range of landline, mobile, broadband and entertainment services.

Etisalat remains committed to retail expansion, believing that its growing network of stores will allow it to get closer to customers across the UAE. "Etisalat has always put customer experience at the centre of its operations, and the addition of this brand new Mirdif City Centre service outlet, with its experienced staff service, reflects the dedicated customer service that Etisalat reserves for its customers who are more discerning and tech savvy than ever before," said Khalifa Al Shamsi, senior VP of marketing at Etisalat."

Spread over more than 200 square metres, the outlet aims to enhance the customers’ experience with a contemporary outlook, warm environment, the latest technology gadgets available in the market and an experienced customer care team.

Al Shamsi added: "The customer drives our operations as we continually strive to provide both loyal and prospective new clients with the latest devices and services that explore the possibilities of the Internet, telephony and the entertainment industry.
