Senior buyers from top distributors and retailers will flock to DISTREE EMEA in Monaco next month. During the event they will meet hundreds of different brands looking to build routes-to-market across the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region for the latest ICT and consumer electronics (CE) products. Noovo will showcase its TVman range at the event and look to recruit distributors for a product that turns a wide range of smart devices into TVs.

Jean-Christian Martin-Garrin, founder and CEO at Noovo, said: “Our first goal at DISTREE EMEA is to make our product family known to European distributors, retailers and telecom operators. Secondly, we plan to identify one distributor per European country to represent our brand and help with our product promotion and distribution in each assigned territory. We are also ready to take channel orders as our products are now ready for sale.”

Noovo has developed solutions that offer unlimited entertainment based on a number of different scenarios: TVman Mobility for live TV on the go; TVman Home for live TV streamed in the home, and TVman Auto to stream live TV into the car.

“Our product line supporting ISDB-T terrestrial TV has had great success in Japan and Latin America and we expect the same for the DVB-T solution in Europe,” continued Martin-Garrin. “The smartphone and tablet market is booming in Europe with bigger screens and higher resolutions. Consumers are looking for more entertainment to escape the pressure of life. TVman family is the best and most affordable solution to turn your smart devices into TVs.”

“Our product sales perform better when introduced as a smartphone or tablet accessory in the store rather than TV STB. Therefore, we are looking for distributors well connected on the smart devices and accessories channels,” continued Martin-Garrin.

Noovo is based in Asia and managed by a European team with deep understanding of regional markets.

“We are setting up a warehouse in France in order to better serve our distributors with smaller minimum order quantities, simpler logistics and better lead times. Our goal is to have one distributor per country with exclusivity discussed case-by-case for traditional retail channels,” explained Martin-Garrin. “We are also open to discuss OEM business if there is no conflict with our current channels and commitments.”

“We are a brand with high levels of expertise in our products and in our sector coupled with EMEA market understanding. But we need local partners with the right experience and connections to represent our brand, our current portfolio and future products too. We are looking for long-term channel partnerships and we are ready to offer exclusivity.”
