With the acquisition of the Spanish company RPS Audiovisuales EET Europarts consolidates its Pro-AV & Digital Signage division.

RPS Audiovisuales is a company with more than 20 years of experience in the Pro-AV & Digital Signage business. The company specializes in high-end AV-project solutions, from the initial project designing to the testing of such solutions. As a leader in the Pro-AV & Digital Signage business in Spain, RPS Audiovisuales has made great efforts to expand its product portfolio of exclusive brands, giving their professional customers a wider choice, based on quality and innovation. The company offers solutions that meet the needs of the market, guaranteeing reliability and a high level of quality.

The acquisition of RPS Audiovisuales is a part of EET Europarts´ ambitious growth strategy. More than 30 successful acquisitions over the past 20 years demonstrate the group´s ability to create significant synergies in terms of sales and results.
