KnowBe4 Introduces Advanced Roll-Up Reporting ; Makes it Simple for MSPs...

Monday 4 February 2019

York, UK (January 30, 2019) – KnowBe4, provider of the world’s largest security awareness training and simulated phishing platform, today introduced Advanced Roll-up Reporting, a new feature the company has made part of the updated KnowBe4 Account Management Console. Advanced Roll-up Reporting helps MSPs, Resellers and IT Administrators at large enterprises, who have multiple KnowBe4 accounts, to more quickly view account information and reporting metrics in aggregate across accounts.

With access to even more robust reporting from the Account Management Console, Admins – whether they are internal to the organisation or channel partners managing security awareness for their clients – are able to get a complete view of their users from one location.

Ruth Schofield, KnowBe4, Managing Director UK&I commented: “The human element of security is one that cannot be ignored. With social engineering attacks getting more specific and phishing attempts continuing to succeed, we have to ensure users are trained and tested. One of the best ways to make sure they are is to make it simple to review user performance of the KnowBe4 security awareness training and simulated phishing program. Advanced Roll-up Reporting makes it super easy for admins to see how organisations and users are performing. Now, instead of drilling down into an account for details, they can spend their time doing what really works: testing and training.”

Advanced Roll-up Reporting includes simple, immediate access to a variety of reports that help admins track progress and risk, including: • Risk Score • Account Report Card • Phish-Prone Percentage • Training Coverage • Training Comparison • Overall User Counts

Two of KnowBe4 partners provided their thoughts on the new reporting feature:

Jon Turner, Sapphire, Technical Services Manager said "We are a longstanding KnowBe4 partner with more than 20,000 KnowBe4 users across the UK region. As a managed service provider, we have an obligation to help our clients understand their risk and how the services they are using are performing for them. KnowBe4’s new Roll-up Reporting feature gives us what we need to have an at-a-glance understanding of a number of important metrics so we can help our clients train and test their users in a way that will lower their risk and improve their overall security posture. We’re thrilled with this development, as we can better serve our client base with it."

Claire Harratt, Saepio Solutions, Head of IT Security Awareness Training said “KnowBe4 was our highest growth vendor of 2018. Security awareness training is fast becoming a ‘must have’ rather than a ‘nice to have’. As a managed service provider, it is really important for us to have an overarching view of all our clients current ‘state of the nation’. Whereas previously, we would need to drill down into individual accounts to access metrics such as phish-prone percentage, percentage of users trained and risk scores, we can now access this information for all our clients from one pane of glass. This allows us, at the touch of a button, to see how all our customers in a particular industry sector are performing against each other for example, or very quickly identify clients in need of a more extensive or targeted training program to reduce their risk. This is a gamechanger for Saepio and will allow us to further enhance the service we already provide to our loyal client base.”

KnowBe4 recently announced its 23rd straight quarter of growth with the fourth quarter 2018 61 per cent over Q4 2017. Customer accounts reached record levels as well, with over 23,000 worldwide. The company’s growth is driven by an increasing enterprise demand for its new-school approach to security awareness training and expanding portfolio.
