Imperva highlights EMEA momentum

Application data security solutions Imperva has revealed significant progress in the development of its EMEA operation and channels-to-market. Imperva has strengthened its sales and channel support teams in the UK, France, Germany, Italy and the Netherlands to complement its EMEA headquarters in Israel. Imperva now has more than 180 enterprise customers across the EMEA theatre.
Imperva has doubled its EMEA channel breadth in the last year with the addition of new partners in the major markets of Germany, France and the UK. The company has also seen strong growth in Eastern Europe with new partnerships in place with DNS for the Czech and Slovak Republics, CLICO in Poland and the Baltics, as well as Netwell in Russia.
Imperva opened a new logistics centre in the Netherlands last month and appointed a Dutch-based sales team. The new logistics facility streamlines the delivery of orders and replacement parts for customers and partners in the region. Imperva has also set up a local presence in Italy meaning that the company now has points of presence in six countries in EMEA with channel partnerships extending the reach even further.
“For a global company, it’s best to think local,” said Shlomo Kramer, president and CEO at Imperva. “Imperva is committed to increasing our corporate expansion and market share abroad. We have put in place operational resources and developed strategic partnerships that enable us to deliver locally throughout the EMEA region.”
“Currently, we are seeing about 35% of our worldwide revenue coming from EMEA. With our expanded presence, we expect to see that figure increase over the next year,” added Kramer.
Imperva delivers activity monitoring, real-time protection, and risk management solutions for business applications and data.
