Senheng announces MOLPay collaboration

Malaysian retailer Senheng has announced a strategic collaboration with online payment solution provider MOLPay. Under the terms of the agreement, MOLPay will add a physical payment service to its online merchants’ payment methods. Consumers will be able to purchase online and pay for the transactions in cash at any of Senheng’s 130-plus outlets in Malaysia.
MOLPay is the first multi-currency payment gateway in South East Asia that accepts cash payments for online purchases, through physical outlets such as convenience stores and bookstores. It claims that it is simple to setup on any e-commerce store and convenient and secure for online buyers to use.
Senheng’s network includes a variety of different retail formats including Senq megastores in major shopping malls. The Senq megastores offer premium products and allow consumers to touch, feel and test a wide range of the latest high-tech products in spacious and comfortable environment, according to the retailer.
