Ali Bin Ali makes Dell services grade

Qatari systems integrator Ali Bin Ali Technology Solutions (ABATS) has made the grade as a Dell authroised service provider (DASP). The company had only recently been certified as a Dell solutions partner.

Mohammad Nayel, general manager at ABATS said: “ABATS is excited about the great achievements in partnership with Dell in one year period, to bring world class technology practices to the fast growing technology industry of Qatar. This achievement epitomises our culture which is the pursuit of excellence in customer service.”

Hazem Bazan, regional manager Gulf for Dell said: “Dell is more than pleased in appointing ABATS as a DASP in Qatar. This is an indication of the strength of our partnership and our optimism of the technology market of Qatar. In order to achieve this accreditation ABATS had to pass a stringent audit of its service and support capabilities, ability to deliver consistent quality support to Dell customers.”

“DASP accreditation also reflects ABATS commitment to improving the support offered to its Dell customers and the significant amount of hard work and investment that has been made to meet the standards necessary for accreditation. This progress that has been made by ABATS in a short space of time is impressive,” added Bazan.

ABATS is part of Ali Bin Ali ICT. Mohamad A Ebrik, COO at ABA ICT, added: “This confirms our commitment to customer services, our ability to provide the best, and achieve beyond expected norms of service excellence. And on the other hand, it also confirms our continued successful pursuit of enhancing our relationship with multinational technology companies who, in their turn, have shown their confidence in us.”

In order to achieve the DASP Certification ABATS passed a stringent requirement test that Dell sets as the benchmark for its partners. One of the key elements in ABATS market readiness was its fully functional Dell authorised service centre.
