New owner for EET Nordic

Alipes has acquired distributor EET Nordic Group from Capidea. The Danish private equity fund, Capidea, has divested its shareholding in EET Nordic to Alipes, a Swedish investment company sponsored by Inter Ikea and Ikano. Ingram Micro seals Spanish VAD deal

Ingram Micro EMEA has further bolstered its VAD credentials with the acquisition of Areté Sistemas and its specialised solutions unit Arkenova Sistemas in Spain. The distribution giant’s expansion into new business areas shows no signs of slowing down as we approach the end of 2010. Kelway snaps up ISC Computers

UK-based ICT solutions and services outfit Kelway has snapped up managed services specialist ISC Computers. The deal pushes Kelway’s annual revenues towards US$460m and boosts the company’s service portfolio. The deal includes all brands and companies currently operating under ISC Computers. ISC Computers has 280 staff and annual sales of US$83m. (lire la suite)

Ingram Micro EMEA signs Idapt deal

Ingram Micro EMEA has announced a European distribution deal with Idapt, a Spanish international mobile technology outfit specialising in mobile device charging solutions. Under the terms of the agreement, Ingram Micro EMEA’s telecommunications division will distribute Idapt’s range of universal charging solutions to retail and dealer customers. (lire la suite)
