MB plans Ingram Micro SA buyout
South African distribution powerhouse MB Technologies has signaled its intention to assume full ownership of Ingram Micro South Africa (SA) – a 50:50 joint venture set up with global distributor Ingram Micro several years ago. Terms of the proposed transaction have not been disclosed and MB Technologies says that the deal is also subject to approval from the South African Competitions board. (lire la suite)

Iomega adds Kuwait distributor
Storage vendor Iomega has boosted its Middle East channel coverage, signing an in-country distribution deal in Kuwait with Al Babtain.
