Packard Bell adds ICC in Saudi Arabia

PC vendor Packard Bell has expanded its channel reach in Saudi Arabia, signing International Computer Company (ICC) as a distribution partner. Packard Bell, which is part of the Acer Group, hopes that its new partner will increase the availability of its products in the Kingdom. EntaTech launches iPhone app

UK distribution outfit EntaTech has launched an application that online customers can download on to an iPhone. The free application gives customers the opportunity to utilise the features of EntaOnline on the move. Customers who download the application can browse EntaTech’s entire product portfolio, search using keywords and refine the results of their original search if needed to locate specific products. Ingram Micro EMEA signs OtterBox

Ingram Micro EMEA has signed a pan-European distribution deal with handheld device case manufacturer OtterBox. Ingram Micro will carry the vendor’s entire line of protective solutions for handheld manufacturers and wireless carriers. PC sales growth continues

The Global Technology Distribution Council (GTDC) reckons that PC sales through the distribution channel showed solid year-on-year growth in the third quarter of 2010. Citing data from research house Context, GTDC stated that European third quarter sales were up 22% year-on-year. (lire la suite)
