Russian IT companies navigate downturn

Russian IT companies are facing up to a tough economic outlook in 2009. These companies are making the necessary changes to their organisations to emerge stronger once the market picks up. DISTREE Channel Week format unveiled for Russia & CIS

Channel development in Russia & CIS will become a whole lot easier in 2009 with the launch of the first ever DISTREE Channel Week from June 17th to 19th in Moscow. FVC pushes on after 2008 success

Middle East VAD FVC plans to continue its rapid growth in 2009. The company claimed revenue growth of 80% in 2008 although did not reveal its actual sales figure. FVC, which has dedicated offices in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, Egypt and Morocco, plans to continue expanding its team in 2009 and will also look to open an executive briefing and technology centre in Saudi Arabia. Distributor winners revealed by EMEA Channel Academy

A VIP Vendor Jury selected nine distributor winners at the ‘EMEA Channel Academy: 2009 Awards’ event held in Monaco at Salle des Etoiles earlier this month.
