Mionix appoints Deal Time as GCC distributor

Mionix, a Swedish manufacturer of professional high-end gaming accessories, has signed a distribution deal with Deal Time for the GCC region. As per the terms of the agreement, Deal Time will promote and distribute the Mionix brand and develop channel business for the vendor across the region. Jack DCosta, managing director at Deal Time, said: “The Middle East region has one of the most active and dynamic gaming communities, who are always looking for the latest and best gaming peripherals." The ‘EMEA Channel Academy: 2016 Awards’ were held in conjunction with regional channel event DISTREE EMEA 2016. These included a series of initiative awards based on applications received from vendors, distributors, resellers and retailers. Distributor winners announced for ‘EMEA Channel Academy: 2016 Awards’ at DISTREE EMEA

The ‘EMEA Channel Academy: 2016 Awards’ were held in conjunction with regional channel event DISTREE EMEA 2016. These included a series of 11 awards for technology and consumer electronics (CE) distributors, with the winners announced at a Gala Dinner at Salle des Etoiles in Monaco held on Friday February 26th. A total of nine distributors received awards with Ingram Micro and Tech Data winning two apiece, and 2BY2, ABC Data, Asbis, Comtrade, EET Group, Esquire and Marvel winning one each. Read full story
