New owner confirmed for PCMall.co.za

South African e-tailer PCMall.co.za has confirmed that it has a new owner. PCMall.co.za, which has emerged as a significant online IT sales channel in recent years, had previously been a division of Titan5 Holdings. The e-tailer has confirmed a definitive agreement for the sale of its assets to individual buyer Jerome McClement. Read full story

Dealer group Synaxon has appointed Andrew ‘Wizzy’ Wygladala as UK vendor channel manager. In his new role, Wygladala will try and ensure that vendors receive value and tangible return on investment (ROI) from partnerships with Synaxon. 20:20 Mobile has struck a UK deal with unified communications (UC) provider Unicom. Under the terms of the agreement, 20:20 Mobile – one of Europe’s largest distributors of mobile phones and accessories – will supply handsets and reverse logistics to the business-to-business UC reseller. Reseller operation Insight has appointed Tom Nesbit to manage its Nordic operations. Nesbit previously held the role of Insight commercial manager EMEA. In his new role as country manager for Insight Sweden and Insight Finland, Nesbit will aim to lead the company’s expansion in the small and medium-sized business market for software and services, as well as managing the company’s successful enterprise business.
