eGain partners with PlanNet21

eGain has signed up PlanNet21 as its first certified partner in Ireland. eGain provides customer service and knowledge management software for in-house and on-demand deployment. PlanNet21 has offices in Dublin, Cork, Belfast and Galway. eGain reckons there is increasing customer demand for unified customer service solutions in the Irish market.

PlanNet21 has built up a reputation as a strong systems integrator in Ireland with numerous advanced communication implementation projects under its belt. The company bills itself as a specialist in delivering high-quality converged networking solutions to its customers.
